Under the guidance of Professor William L. Roberts, the HPC group contributes to combustion field in the development and application of laser-based techniques for non-intrusive measurements of concentrations, temperature, droplet and particle sizes, and velocity in reactive flows. The researchers also study on development of new surrogate fuels and new combustor designs aiming more eco-friendly combustion. The experimental studies in the HPC group are combined with modeling of reaction mechanisms and the simulation of reactive flows.
17 March, 2022CCRC Town Hall
On 1st March the Student Advisory Committee organized a biannual CCRC Town Hall. It started with the conversation with Professor Hong Im and Associate Professor Deanna Lacoste about their career paths. On December 2021 new SAC members were elected for the year 2022.
